Co-Managed Sourcing is Infotek's
cooperative outsourcing approach - a business
relationship that enables clients to hand over delivery responsibility for a
piece of their IT portfolio to Infotek while retaining control of the business
objectives. Our Co-Managed Sourcing capability allows you to remain in control
of your corporate priorities while freeing up key resources.
Under this engagement model Infotek will:

Take full responsibility for the delivery of
business outcomes

Remain accountable to you the client

Share the delivery risks

Take over existing permanent and contract personnel
if required

Staff specific projects with our own personnel
Clients remain in control of their
business priorities, choose the length of the
agreement, can increase or decrease resources at their discretion, and can add
their own resources for Infotek to manage on their behalf. Activity is billed
on a time and materials basis. In most instances we will even allow our clients
to change the terms of the agreement to accommodate commercial peaks and
specific business objectives - with as little as 30 days' notice.
