Infotek Consulting and our affiliated companies are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your visit to our website and any information you provide to us is completely secure.

To maintain the security of your information, we use opportunistic TLS. Opportunistic TLS means that our email system tries to encrypt connections with the most secure version of TLS first, then works its way down the list of TLS ciphers until it finds one on which both parties can agree.

Once the information is in our system, it is accessible to authorized Infotek personnel only. The data is encrypted at rest and in transit within our network. We strictly enforce our privacy policies with our employees and any breach of this policy will result in termination.

When you provide your resume and contact information to Infotek you are deemed a “candidate”. As a candidate, your personal information will be used in order to match you with permanent and contract job opportunities that may be of interest to you. This includes the use of information for internal searches or communicating back to you. We may also contact you to obtain updates to your information, provide you with information that may be or interest or seek you assistance in identifying others who may have interest in the positions we are filling.

We may also use personal information in a manner that does not identify you specifically nor allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about our Site's users in general (such as we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed).

We will NOT sell, trade or rent your name or personal information to anyone else. We DO NOT sell, trade, rent or provide outside access to our mailing list at all.

Infotek will not release your personal information to authorities unless required by law, search warrant, court order, subpoena, or fraud investigation.

Except as otherwise stated in this policy, Infotek will share your information with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the services and products requested by you. In particular, with your specific approval, we will provide your resume, skill, experience and availability information to potential employers or organizations seeking contractors. Finally, when hired or contracted, by law we are required to share your personal information with the taxation, worker safety and other government regulatory agencies. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Infotek only saves such personal information that is necessary for you to access and use our services. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, email address, phone number, resume, and document creation data. As a contractor or employee of Infotek additional personal information including proof of citizenship, identity, independent contractor status, independent contractor company information will be collected and used to verify your eligibility. Infotek will store such personal information until you formally request its deletion or revoke your consent to its storage, or Infotek otherwise deletes that personal information in accordance with its decisions or internal policies. Note that legal requirements require that some information be retained for a period of up to ten years.

This site uses the Google Maps API and the terms of Google's Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into our Privacy Policy.

Our Site may use a website recording service which may record how you use our site such as mouse clicks, mouse movements, and page scrolling, but your personal data such as text inputted will not be collected by this service. Data collected by this service is used to improve the usability of our Site. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting and is not shared with anybody else. The website recording service is required to maintain the confidentiality of that information.
